Thirsty Suitors has taken residence the 2022 Tribeca Video games Award for its “quirky comedy, suave aesthetic, and progressive mixing of storytelling and gameplay mechanics.”
The upcoming story-driven journey is being developed by indie outfit Outerloop Video games, identified for Falcon Age, and printed by Annapurna Interactive.
Thirsty Suitors was one among 9 titles nominated for the Tribeca Fames Award, and finally beat out rivals resembling American Arcadia, Cuphead – The Scrumptious Final Course, Venba, and The Cub.
Responding to the win on social media, Outerloop co-founder and inventive director Chandana Ekanayake stated he was “humbled” by the award and thanked everybody who’s labored on the venture for his or her efforts.
